Yes. All of our Inflatables and Party Rentals require a $15 minimum deposit made by Credit Card. Deposits are non-refundable (with an exception of rainy weather). Refer to our weather cancellations policy page to learn more about cancelling due to bad weather.

We accept payments in the form of either cash or credit card. If paying in cash please have exact change ready for your driver because they do not carry cash on hand.

We have the best weather cancellation policy on Long Island. Give us a call 24 hours prior to your party or event to cancel. This policy is for RAIN ONLY. We will give a refund in full back. As for any other cancellations, you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your party or event. In this case the deposit is non-refundable. However, we will issue a rain check for the amount of the deposit for the rental that is being cancelled. A rain check is good for an entire year from the date it was issued.

Setup times depend on how many deliveries we have scheduled that day. For inflatable rentals, we typically arrive 1–4 hours before your event start time to ensure everything is set up and ready to go.

On very busy days, we may ask to deliver the inflatable the day before your event. This helps guarantee everything runs smoothly and ensures your rental is ready on time. If this is necessary, we will always call ahead to confirm that early delivery works for you.

For tent, table, and chair rentals, we may sometimes deliver a day or two in advance depending on the delivery schedule. As with inflatables, we will always contact you ahead of time to confirm.

If early delivery is scheduled, there is no additional cost, even though you’ll have the equipment for a longer period of time.
