Water Slide Questions, Answered
Do I need to supply water?
Yes — slides connect to a standard garden hose, and we bring everything else. If your hose won’t reach the setup spot, tell us when booking and we’ll plan around it.
What surface do water slides need?
Flat grass is ideal. Pavement or concrete setups are possible with sandbag anchoring for some units — select your surface at booking so the crew arrives ready.
What if the forecast turns bad?
Tell us at least 24 hours before delivery and you can cancel or move your date — your deposit is refunded or credited, your choice. Nobody should gamble on a Long Island forecast.
